Tips to prevent back pain while working from home

As many people across the world started to work from home during COVID-19, office furniture may have been replaced by kitchen desks and household chairs. However, the dining room, kitchen table or a spot on the sofa may not have the same ergonomic design as a traditional office setup, which may have caused you low back pain since COVID-19 emerged.

So, what can you do?
Here are 3 preventive steps and evidence-based care methods to help your back to feel better:

Setting Up Your Home Workspace.

To work comfortably for many hours with computer invest in a few practical furniture that will serve to support your physical well-being.
