Super kvalitet. Super kvalitet. Nok det bedst hævesænkebord jeg har indkøbt (Og jeg har købt mange) Flot design og super kvalitet. Bordret er samlet så du tager bare pap af så er det klar til brug. Det spare tid at man ikke får bordret i 7 pakker som skal samles.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE In December, immediately after having just received my new desk, I reported that it was damaged. Although these things unfortunately happen during manufacturing, I was immediately accused that I caused the damage. Then they wanted to brush the problem under the rug with a couple bottle of wines that I reluctantly accepted ("I told him that he can try but there's a good chance I may not accept them"). Since they sent a random courier with the wine, I messaged them back to ask that they pick up the wine and that I would like to speak to a manager to report the accusation & to find a different solution (if not have the desk replaced). I haven't heard back from them in weeks. The star represents a functionally sound product.

ECLIPSE adjustable table: great product, poor support & delivery Product: Excellent quality, amazing design, great functionality, full recommendation! => 5 stars Service & delivery: - Had to call support multiple two inquire about shipping status - Had to call multiple times to drive local delivery - Local delivery company received wrong address, resulting in further delay & conflicts with job - Local delivery promised to inform 1 hr. prior to truck's arrival - didn't happen: more stress - Contrary to 2WFH support's and local delivery's promise, desk would NOT be carried all the way to my flat (4th floor, no elevator) - Could convince driver, though, to help me carry desk all the way up - by tipping him a handsome amount; narrowly avoided an accident => 1 star
