Purchase

The ordering process is complete once you have entered your payment details and executed the payment. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation E-mail. Please check that you have provided the correct E-mail, delivery address and phone number.

If you choose to cancel your order, this must be done within reasonable time, i.e. before you receive an “Awaiting Shipment” status change notification.

Prices

All prices include VAT and shipping costs.

Payment:

Payment is made using all major credit cards: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and Maestro. We will never withdraw an amount larger than approved at the time of your purchase.

A Pensopay payment gateway is used, which ensures that credit card data is sent encrypted. All transactions are made using a secure payment system via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. We hence are not able to view your personal data.

Shipping

We use a number of shipping companies to fulfil your orders. If upon delivery, the package seems to have been opened and/or damaged, the driver must be notified of this immediately.

Delivery

We offer free shipping to all EU Countries, as well as Norway and Switzerland. Import duties and taxes are not covered when shipping to Norway and Switzerland.

If the ordered items are in stock, your order will normally be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. You will receive an E-mail notification with the package tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Warranty

Seller warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when the title passes to the purchaser. Seller will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product without charge (shipping charges excluded) for a period of 10 years after the original date of sale, unless the product damage resulted from normal wear and tear, purchaser abuse, misuse or negligence or failure to follow instructions related to the products’s installation or intended use. Seller may require proof of purchase before performing any repairs or replacing any products during the warranty period. Except as specifically set forth above, seller makes no warranties, express or implied and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Repair or replacement of the product ordered from seller shall be purchaser’s exclusive remedy.

Return

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return and cancel it. Goods must be returned in the same condition, packaging and quantity as received. If the item has been opened, its condition and value when returned should be the same as when received. If there are any defects in the cancelled order returned, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending upon the item’s commercial value. The cost of the return shipment will be covered by the purchaser.

Return of goods must be agreed in advance. Upon receiving and approving the returned item(s), we will refund the amount paid to your account as quickly as possible. A refund can only be made to the credit card account that was used to purchase the item(s).

Complaints

All purchases are subjected to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, specifying a 24-month right to invoke lack of conformity, including manufacturing and material defects, for the product.

However, this does not apply to defects, damages or wear and tear due to the purchaser’s abuse, misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

The purchaser is under the obligation to check the goods immediately upon delivery.  If the product is defective or has been damaged, then a complaint must be submitted in writing (no later than 14 days after receipt/detection) and contain a precise specification of the damage or defect. If the product is defective, Rufac will undertake at its own discretion either to remedy the defect, replace the defective parts or the entire product or refund the payment to the purchaser.

Liability

Rufac shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damages or charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the items.

Reservations

Rufac possesses the right to make reservations for price changes, item unavailability, typing errors in prices and other information at the Web shop.

Competition

The client can tag our adjustable table ECLIPSE in his home office with @2wfh_com on Instagram or send us a photo by email (info@2wfh.com) and participate in our photos competition.  We will reward the most inspiring home office photo with an Amazon.com gift card for 50 EUR once in three months. The most inspiring office winner will be announced in 2WorkFromHome Instagram and Facebook accounts. Also the winner will be contacted by email directly.
